Hourly Services:
Regular on-site work is billed hourly at the rate of $95/hr. Billing starts when technician arrives, and ends when technician leaves. Time is billed in half-hour increments with a one-hour minimum. No up-charge for off-hours or weekends. All regular work is scheduled on a best-efforts / pre-scheduled basis.*

Regular remote-access work is billed hourly at a rate of $75/hr. For remote work time is billed in 30-minute increments, with no minimum. Regular remote-access work is also on a best-efforts / scheduled basis.*

Emergency on-site work is billed hourly at a rate of $145/hr. Billing starts when technician arrives and ends when technician leaves. Time is billed in half-hour increments, with a one-hour minimum**. There is no up-charge for late nights or weekends.

No charge for travel within a 15-mile radius of Auburn, NY. Beyond 15 miles a $1/mile fee applies (one-way).

* best efforts means that flexible scheduling applies. I.e. an appointment is set based on technician availability and schedule. Emergency rates apply when "you need a technician there now" and/or cannot wait for the next available scheduled appointment. You will always have a choice to take a best efforts appointment over an emergency appointment, and you will always be made aware before a technician is dispatched which rates apply. Often, our next available appointment may be the same day you call, within a few hours, and there is no need for an emergency appointment.
